Kevin H Kading CEO and Director of M&A. Mr. Kading is the Founder, Chairman and CEO of Kading Companies S.A.. Between 1979 and 1995, he held various positions at investment banking firms, ranging from retail sales to Regional Vice President. From 1995 to present, Mr. Kading has founded and participated in a number of public and private companies. He has been a member of the Securities Traders Association both nationally and in New York since 1995. Mr. Kading was a founder, officer, and Chairman of the Board of Advanced Reconnaissance Corp. from 1997 to February 2006. Mr. Kading was a founder and officer of Syringex Medical, Inc., from October 1997 to June 2004.

Lawrence C. McQuade is the founding Partner of River Capital, a hedge fund focused on investments in Russia. He was the CEO of Procon Incorporated where he oversaw the building of the largest LNG facility in the world at that time. He served as Asst. Secretary of Commerce during the administrations of Presidents Kennedy and Johnson. In addition, Mr. McQuade was the Executive Vice President and Board Member at W.R. Grace & Company as well as Vice Chairman of Prudential Mutual Funds. Mr. McQuade has served on the Board of Directors of Qualitas International, Prudential Mutual Funds, NNRF, Laredo National Bancshares, Bunzl PLC, Applied Bioscience, and many others. He is a member of the Council on Foreign Relations and has been Director, Overseas Development Council; Director International Management & Development Institute; Director, Foreign Policy Association; Expert Advisor, UN Commission on Transnational Corporations; Co-Founder & Director, Asian Programs Foundation. He is a graduate of Yale University {Phi Beta Kappa), Oxford University (Rhodes Scholar), and Harvard Law School.

Daniel R. Martin, from January 1997 to the present, is an Adjunct Professor of Management at Pace University in New York City. From March 1998 to July 2001 he was the President, COO, and Director of Milestone Scientific, Inc. (NYSE-AMEX) in NYC. At E-Z-EM, Inc. in Westbury, NY (NASDAQ) Mr. Martin was the President, CEO, and a Director. From January 1986 through December 1989 he was a corporate Vice-President of Sterling Drug, Inc. in NYC and President of Sterling Europe/Middle East/Africa from January 1988 to December 1989 and from January 1986 to October 1988 he was the President of Sterling Latin America. At Howland Martin Corp. in NYC, he was the President and 50% owner from May 1980 to December 1985. He was group Vice-President and General Manager for the Western Hemisphere/Asia Pacific for Bell & Howell Co., in Chicago, IL. From September 1977 to May 1980, Mr. Martin was a Managing Director for Merck & Co., Inc. in Colombia from 1975 to 1977 and in Peru from 1972 to 1975. From 1969 to 1972 he was Corporate Treasurer and Corporate Marketing Director for Harper & Row Publishers, Inc. From 1964 to 1969 he was an associate at McKinsey & Company in NYC and later served as Chairman of its New York Alumni.; and at Schering Corporation in Bloomfield, NJ from 1960 to 1964 Mr. Martin was the area sales supervisor for their international division. He has a BA in Economics from Cornell University; from Columbia University Graduate School of Business he has an MS in management and he is fluent in Spanish, French, Italian, and Portuguese. Mr. Martin is Chairman of the McKinsey Alumni Committee; President/Co-Chairman, Director Emeritus for ACCION International; Member, Council on Foreign Relations; Former Trustee, Bangor (ME) Theological Seminary and Director of the Americas Foundation. He is a Director of both the White Plains Hospital Foundation and the National Aphasia Association in NY. He is a Director for Country Life Vitamins; a Director for Allergy Research Group in Alameda, CA, he is a Director for Del Monte (Asia) Pte., LTD, Singapore, and is listed in Who’s Who in America.

Andrew Ruditser CO- CTO. Mr. Ruditser has been principally responsible for designing and developing web and digital experiences since 2000. His clients have included technology firms, local businesses, start‐ups and advertising agencies. Mr. Ruditser and his team will be responsible for converting starter websites to fully automated web solutions for the Company’s customers.

Alex Lemberg (Consultant) Head of Strategic Services; since 1992, Mr. Lemberg has held positions with leading investment intuitions , and is an expert in investment banking, mergers and acquisitions, financial analysis, corporate finance, and has overseen the development and integration of multiple software platforms
